Below is the proposed updated version of the Nanka Bylaws. There are two versions, one is a clean draft and the second is marked with all the changes. These changes are based off the 2005 version, since all record of the version approved in 2009 have unfortunately been lost.
This draft essentially brings the Bylaws up to date with all the BOD approved changes. It also includes changes intended to add clarity and address text which may have limited relevance since they were initially added to the bylaws.
