Hi Everyone, USJF has advised me that the Coaches certification for 2009-2010 is available to those of you who attended the Coaching clinic at LACC, last August, 2008 with Hayward Nishioka, clinician.

You must submit the following:

   1.  Background screening form with ck for $16.00 (see form attached)

   2.  Completed USJF membership form for 2009-2010 (If not a current member of USJF and must be ranked a black belt)  (If rank is with USA or USJA, must present rank certificate)

   3.  Check for $20.00 ($10.00 for badge, and $10.00 for coaches Certificate)

   4.  Passport size picture.

   5.  Coaches certification form from previous clinic if not taken with Hayward Nishioka in August, 2008.

Once this is submitted, they will prepare a badge for you which you will be able to use for 4 years at local and National events, sponsored by USJF and USJA.  USA elite events need a USA registered coach.
